The endless, seemingly small, but urgent tasks drowning out the dreams and desires you declared earlier in the month that you’d definitely achieve this time around, or at least make a start on, are causing you to feel frustration and failure - you know that as you hit the sofa every evening, that despite all you’ve done today, you’ve had zero time just to be and quite frankly, you’re finally ready for your life to look a little (or a lot) different.

Hey, I'm Naomi 👋🏽
I’m a London living wife and mum of two. I’m also a Coach, the Founder of Time & Pace®, the Author of ‘Finding Flourishing’.
I’ve been both a High-School Teacher (7 years) and a Business Coach (4 years) and what over a decade of work in those two areas combined taught me is that whether you’re 14 or 74, we all have a lot of the same crazy to-do lists, thoughts and limiting beliefs, which cause us not to go and grow towards our goals and true intentions.
Imposter syndrome, fear, doubt, loss or lack of confidence, not to mention an (un)healthy dose of burnout and overwhelm - for one reason or another we find ourselves stuck between where we are and where we want to be all too often.
As well as taking a number of leaps of faith myself in the pursuit of my goals despite obstacles - things like moving to a town where I knew 0 people as a single 20-something, launching an online business when I had zero followers and then pivoting away from that same business 4 years later, not knowing what would be in store for me, writing a book around my children who were then 3 and 0 - I’ve also supported my clients and students to do the same.
Although when I first started my business back in 2017, I worked exclusively with entrepreneurs, I created the Time & Pace framework because I realised that so many of the skills I used to teach my clients were transferable to those in 9-5s, working at home, side hustling, and everything in between. Work-life wellbeing is for everyone. I’m sure you’ll feel the same as you check out the pages on the site.
As well as being a qualified Teacher, I’m also certified by GiANT Worldwide in their psychometric based leadership programme and am currently working towards my ILM7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. As well as now having my debut book ‘Finding Flourishing’ published by BRF, I’ve been featured by Premier Radio, SPCK and Waverley Abbey and have recently been made a YouVersion partner. I’m also co-director of the education company my husband and I run together, which means that I have to practice what I preach regarding work-life wellbeing daily!

How long do I get live support and community access for?
The short answer to this is, as long as you like! Your initial payment (whether you pick 'Explorer or 'Trailblazer' pace) means that you're covered for everything The Flourishing has to offer for one month. You'll then continue receiving this support every month you remain a member - no need for you to do anything to ensure that happens though as your recurring monthly payment will happen automatically.
What does work-life wellbeing mean?
Essentially, I don't agree with the idea of 'work-life balance'. I mean, I get what they're getting at, but I just don't think it really exists. Sometimes you're running at 100 mile an hour in your work, sometimes you're up to your neck in piles of laundry and kids' homework. Sure, there might be a day or 2 where there's a blissful balance of both, but it's not realistic longterm. I'm not here for people to feel guilty about what they have or haven't done on any given day. Work-life wellbeing focuses you on what you're doing and how you're doing while you're doing it, so that you steer clear of burnout and a boundary-less life.
Why do I need a course to understand how to go and grow towards my goals?
Again, the short answer here is, you don't. But you've then got to look at how well that's been working for you so far? Yes, we've got the books (perhaps even mine?), podcasts and the self-study material we said we'd definitely get to. But how much of that has actually made its way to becoming implementation? It's no secret that accountability around any goal improves the chances of it being met by a huge amount - just look at people going to the gym with a personal trainer vs. without. Also, a lot of this work is about thinking differently, which takes time. Being part of a community means you have open access to ask questions, get coaching and feedback and then really move in the direction of your declaration instead of hoping that you might 'some day'. Let's make it a reality!
Is The Flourishing just for business owners & entrepreneurs?
Nope. In my previous business, I worked with entrepreneurs and business owners - supporting them to go and grow towards their business goals online, without sacraficing the values which were important to them. That's why the testimonials you'll see on this page are largely business related. I created Time & Pace because I'm passionate about those in the working world (entrepreneurial and otherwise) having access to tools like this - we all deserve a safe space to be bold about our dreams and desires. Often, it's actually the corporate and public sectors which overlook how essential work-life wellbeing actually is. The Time & Pace Incubator is here to change that.
