As your coach, I’ll support you on getting crystal clear with a goal or objective at the start of every single session so that we only spend our time together on what’s important to you. You’ll then be supported through questions, which will help you dig deeper as you arrive closer to your goal.
Why not ‘work-life balance’?
Work-life wellbeing isn’t a common phrase used in the world of work. Work-life balance, however, is.
Personally, I think the idea of balance is an illusion. If it exists, it comes in waves, not perfectly proportioned days where equal weight is given to each of our responsibilities.
Instead…
* There might be days where you’re running around after young kids, don’t have childcare available and aren’t able to get to your work.
* One evening might see you ‘burning the midnight oil’ on an exciting business plan you’re working on, even though you’ve got to wake up early for work tomorrow,
* Your ‘job’ might not fit into a perfectly packaged title - you’re spinning a number of plates, and sometimes that means a couple of them might get dropped for a season.

Naomi Aidoo is the Founder of Time & Pace, where she helps people with big goals and little time execute without overwhelm at the intersection of work & wellbeing. She is also Co-Director of educational company Innerscope, which she runs with her husband.
Through her signature T.I.M.E framework, Naomi helps clients reframe their mindset, build sustainable momentum toward their goals, and thrive in both life and work. Before founding Time & Pace, Naomi worked as a High School Teacher for 7 years.
Naomi is the author of ‘Finding Flourishing’, which will be published by BRF in July 2024. She has also been a regular contributor to Premier Radio’s ‘Thought of the Day’ and is a published contributing author with SPCK in the book ‘Hope Rising 365’. She is a certified Coach in the ‘5 Voices’ leadership program with GiANT Worldwide and is currently training for her ILM7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. Naomi lives in South London, England with her husband and two young children.
