Do you ever feel like life is a never-ending to-do list?
Between juggling work, family, volunteering, and the myriad of other responsibilities, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos of daily life. But amidst the hustle and bustle, how often do you honestly make the time to stop and ask yourself: What do I truly want?
Our desires and hopes can sometimes shift as often as our circumstances do and yet when we step out of reaction mode for long enough and do finally find ourselves face to face with what we thought we wanted, we’re no longer in alignment with it due to how much has changed since the last time we set goals for ourselves.
Sound familiar?

How do Faith, Goals, and Work-Life Wellbeing Mix?
In the midst of our hectic lives, it's easy to overlook the importance of aligning our faith, goals, and overall wellbeing. As Christian women, we often find ourselves pulled in multiple directions, balancing the demands of work, family, church, and other responsibilities. Yet, amidst the chaos, it's crucial to carve out intentional time to pursue the goals and aspirations which have been placed on our hearts.
At the core of our faith is the belief that God has a purpose and plan for each of us. This includes the goals we set and the dreams we pursue. As Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans." Our faith calls us to trust in God's guidance and direction as we walk towards our goals, knowing that He is with us every step of the way.
So often, goal-setting and dreaming big are taken to the bottom of our list of priorities, sometimes even chalking it up to vain ambition. But what if working towards excelling in our careers was just as much about honoring God's calling on our lives as nurturing our families, or serving in our communities is to us? Our goals reflect the unique purpose and gifts that God has given us. By actively pursuing these goals, we are fulfilling our role in His greater plan and contributing to His kingdom work.
But pursuing our goals isn't always easy, especially when faced with the daily stresses and challenges of life. That's why it's essential to recognise that our wellbeing is intricately connected to our ability to pursue our goals in alignment with our faith. Wellbeing isn't just about relaxation and self-care; it's about living in alignment with our values and purpose.
In Philippians 4:13, we are reminded that "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." This verse speaks to the power of God's presence in our lives and the strength He provides as we pursue our goals alongside the endless obligations we also have to keep committed to. I’ve created the TIME framework to help us do just that, and April Awakening is all about us walking it out together.

What people are saying…
Below, you’ll find a bit about what people are saying about working with me, and about the TIME framework we’ll be exploring during April Awakening…
“I would like to thank you for being a formidable coach. Your sessions have transformed my professional (and somewhat unexpectantly, my personal) life in more ways than I can express. I am a better manager, mother, daughter, sister, friend and woman because of you! I am beyond grateful.”
“I felt Naomi did an incredible job at gently challenging me on some of my thoughts which was significant in helping me realise that some of the thoughts I had been holding were actually not based on anything factual and were holding me back in some of my aims.”
